Can a promotional code/coupon be applied to an order that is already in-process or shipped?
When in-process or shipped, if contacted within 24 hours of placing an order, an adjustment can be done
How many days before I can process a return credit due if the package is still on its way back via USPS?
As soon as the carrier is in possession of package
What will require a police report when an affidavit request is needed?
A police report is required for any package of $200 or more, multiple misdelivered packages totaling $200 or more within 60 days, and for deliveries with picture proof provided by carrier.
The customer called in and wanted to know where their package was, there is no tracking information, what do I do now?
Check to see if the package has manifested. If not, advise the customer the package may still be delivered and will need to wait until the 21st day to call back
The customer paid for express delivery on a package that was delivered late due to a hurricane, how much should be credited back for express postage?
Natural disasters (hurricanes, tornados, snowstorms, wildfires, etc.) are not a service failure and no adjustment should be made for arriving late.
