Express Service Adjustment

Description
Use the following procedure when refunding express shipping fees.
Instructions
Click on “Order Options”
From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down menu select EXPRESS POSTAGE
Select a service failure reason and key in the memo
Offer the We Care Gift Card
Details
If no express service fee was charged, the express postage adjustment option will not be available
FedEx will deliver until 8:00 PM local time
Weather delay is not considered a service failure
Adjust per customer request only
Only adjust if:
Package arrived late
Express postage service was never requested
Service failure occurred
Within 30 days of the delivery date
Delivery Times
Express Delivery: will arrive within 3 business days from shipment date (adjust on the 4th business day)
Superfast Delivery: will arrive within 2 business days (adjust on the 3rd business day)
Next Business Day Delivery: will arrive within 1 business day (adjust on the 2nd business day)
Saturday Delivery: will arrive 1 business day (adjust after 8:00 PM local time)
