Use the information below to call the automated line to get an authorization number when you are completing a debit transaction on a customer’s file.

If the automated system is down, you may need to speak to a representative to get the AUTH code. 

To initiate a call, open a line on your phone and press 9 followed by the phone #. 

Visa/Mastercard automated line 1-888-706-1526 (Visa card start ‘4’,Mastercard start ‘5’) 

• Merchant ID number above the correct brand 

• If prompted enter merchant Zip code: 46201 – S4A Zip code: 07735 

• Menu option #1 

• Key in the credit card number then the # key. Key in the expiration date 00/00 

• Press option #2, card not present 

• Key in the dollar amount with cents 

Discover Card automated line 1-800-347-1111 (Discover card start ‘6’) 

• Press #1 

• Merchant ID number above the correct brand 

• Key in the card number 

• Say “Skip” for the CID number 

• Key in the expiration date 

• Amount of purchase 

American Express automated line 1-800-528-2121 (AmEx card start ‘3’) 

• Say “Merchant” 

• Key in the credit card number first 

• Amount of the authorization (dollar amount with cents) 

• Merchant ID number above for the correct brand
