Non-Receipt Adjustment – Manifested/Non-Manifested

Description
At times, a package will not have tracking information available. When this happens, we need to confirm if the package was manifested.
A manifested package is one that was placed in a FedEx truck to be shipped to the customer.
A non-manifested package was never placed in a FedEx truck for shipment or has been improperly scanned.
Instructions
After 20 consecutive days, Use the Teams channel to contact a supervisor. Provide the invoice number, line item, and customer information to confirm if the package manifested
If it has not been 20 consecutive days, advise the customer to allow 20 consecutive days from the shipment date for the package to be delivered.
If 20 consecutive days have elapsed and the package did manifest, you will process an adjustment.
If 20 consecutive days have elapsed and the package did not manifest, a supervisor will process an adjustment.
