Non-Receipt Adjustment – Delivered Scan

Description
This is the procedure when the customer is claiming non-receipt of a package, and the package was delivered.
Instructions
Request a Non- Receipt Letter if the customer information is correct via GUI. If there is an invalid email/address submit a “Carrier Clerk” memo to request an Affidavit via mail. The customer can also print one online under the FAQs.
Details
A Non-Receipt Letter/Affidavit is required for all Delivered Packages
No adjustments will be made if a signature is captured (check FedEx.com for signature confirmation)
Affidavits can only be mailed/emailed to the customers information on file
Email DL-EP Analyst if you notice an excessive amount of adjustments
A police report is required for any package of $200 or more, multiple misdelivered packages totaling $200 or more within 60 days, and for deliveries with picture proof provided by carrier.
Letters must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
All claims are subject for review; affidavit does not guarantee a refund.
Maximum of 2 Non-Receipts Adjustments in a 12 month period
On 2nd lost package claim, advise the customer No refunds (of Non-receipt) will be issued on future order
