Return Credit Due Adjustment
Updates: List of January to October 2024 Coupon & January to First of December 2025 Codes, Catalog Viewer (03/23/2026), and Qbot Alerts (03/11/2026)).
Description
A return credit due adjustment is completed when the customer returned merchandise, but no returns have been processed.
Instructions
Verify with the customer which items were returned
Place a check on the line items and click “Check Item Options”
From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down, select “Return Credit Due”
Key in a memo (must include return date and return tracking number/Express code)
Offer the We Care Gift Card
Details
If the customer provides an Express code, use the Happy Return Admin Portal to check the status of the return.
Returns taken to a return bar, allow 3 – 5 business days from the Approve day before issuing a credit
For mail returns, verify whether the carrier is in possession of the package or if it has been scanned at the warehouse. In either scenario, a credit can be processed immediately.
Any package stamped by the carrier as “Return to Sender”, can be immediately credited
An adjustment will ONLY be made if the return tracking number or express code is verified
