Description 

The customer has received an item that was not part of their original order. 

Instructions 

1. If the customer doesn't want to keep the wrong item but wishes to reorder, credit the wrong item using the Mix Shipment Adjustment and offer to process an exchange. 

2. If the customer doesn't want to keep the wrong item and doesn't wish to reorder, advise them to return the item for a credit to be issued. 

3. If the customer wants to keep the wrong item, debit the price of the incorrect item, credit the item not received using the Mixed Shipment Adjustment, and offer to reorder the correct item. 

4. If this is the 2nd time the customer has received the incorrect item, submit a mixed shipment operator reminder with the following information: 

1. Invoice # 

2. The line item and a brief description of the item received 

3. Do not exchange the item 

Details 

• Adjustments must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date. 

• Advised the customer Mix Shipments Adjustments will be reversed within 30 days if incorrect item(s) is not returned  

• Not eligible for orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shien, Kohls, Target, Macys, or Nordstrum.
