Description 

This adjustment is used to compensate the customer for a missing accessory from an apparel item they will be keeping, i.e., belt, scarf, draw cord, etc. 

Instructions 

1. Offer up to a 10% discount. 

2. Place a check mark on the line item(s) and click “Check Item Options”. 

3. From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down menu select MISC. MERCHANDISE. 

4. Click on the % Off radio button, enter the discount amount, select “DAMAGED/MISSING PIECES DISCOUNT” as the reason, and key in a memo. 

5. Offer the We Care gift card.  

Details 

• Verify that the missing piece is included with the item 

• Adjustments must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date. 

• If the out-of-pocket expense is higher than the refund amount and the customer declines the adjustment, facilitate the return using the Happy Return Portal and advise the customer to return the item.
