Description
Use the following procedure to offer a discount for a damaged “hard good” Brylane Home product.
Instructions
Offer the customer up to a 30% discount.
Place a check mark on the line item(s) and click “Check Item Options”.
From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down menu select MISC. MERCHANDISE.
Click on the % Off radio button, enter the discount amount, select DAMAGED/MISSING PIECES DISCOUNT as the reason, and key in a memo.
Offer a We Care gift card.
Details
Adjustments must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date.
If the customer declines the discount, a damaged adjustment can be processed for hard good items if it is under $50.
