Description
Use the following procedure when refunding a damaged “hard good” Brylane Home product.
Instructions
If the item is salvageable, offer the 30% discount to the customer.
Place a check mark on the line item(s) and click “Check Item Options”.
From the ADJUSTMENTS drop-down menu select DAMAGE.
Select the reason and key in a memo.
Offer the We Care gift card. (No adjustment past 30 days of the del date)
Advise the customer to dispose of the “hard good”.
Details
A damaged “soft good” Brylane Home product must be returned.
A damaged “hard good” over $50 will require photographic proof
Ask the customer to send an email to:
brylanehomeclaims@fbbrands.com
Subject must read: Attention Analyst
Email must include Customer’s name, Invoice #, picture of the damage and a brief description of the item(s)
Item(s) must be kept until contacted by the Brylane Home Claims team with further instructions (within 3-5 Business Days)
