The Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens Virtual Plant Science Program is an opportunity to learn how plants live and grow and to gain an understanding of the full extent of a plant’s life cycle.
The goal of our program is for students to learn about the importance of plants, what plants need, the parts of a plant, and the job of each plant part. In addition, students will learn about some of the wildlife and specific plants and flowers that grow and live at Boerner Botanical Gardens!
Let's start by showing off what you know! Take a short quiz and find out what you already know about plants! Don't worry, you don't need to get them all right - you'll learn any answers you don't know!
