Meet the Mounts
Mischief Managed
Tugg is a 12.1h pony cross gelding. His unusual coloring is referred to as Chocolate Palomino. Don't let his size fool you, he may be the smallest pony on the farm but he is the boss of the whole herd! He is a member of our hunter/jumper lesson program.
Broadway Lights
Butter is a 17h grey Quarter Horse gelding. As his name suggests he is "as smooth as butter" to ride and takes care of many of the adults in our therapeutic program. He is a favorite of our veterans!
Buster
Buster is a 13.2h Paint pony gelding. He has had a lengthy career as a lesson pony at several local facilities. He has an endearingly mischievous nature, and is in both our therapeutic and hunter/jumper programs.
Tandy
Tandy is the newest mare to our program. Tandy is a ghost paint mare. She spent the first summer at camp remembering how to be a lesson pony and has since successfully joined our lesson program.
Turbo Bunnie
Bunnie is a 14.3h paint mare. Bunnie is a horse show veteran who knows her job and loves to work. A member of our hunter/jumper lesson program, she is a student favorite for students learning how to jump.
Swish N' Flick
Ginger is a 13.2h tri color paint mare. She is Hillary's childhood pony and is the go-to starter pony for riders in both programs. She will teach any riders the basics and loves a good ear scratch!
Caspian
Caspian is the newest member to the heard. He is a flea-bitten gray gelding. He is currently a favorite among of our hunter/jumper program.
Just A Chance
Chance is a 15.2 chestnut Quarter Horse gelding. He is the oldest resident on the farm but is still active in both our programs. He takes a lot of strength to make go and is great for building up muscle!
Probable Cause
Tucker is a 16.2 bay Thoroughbred gelding. He is a bit of a sensitive ride and primarily teaches the advanced students in the hunter/jumper program.
Nox
Nox is a black Trakhener/Thoroughbred gelding. Nox was born May 31, 2022 right here on the farm! Nox is still learning how to be a horse and loves to cause all kinds of shenanigans.
Banjo
Banjo is a 16.1 chestnut Quarter Horse gelding. He is fairly new to our program, having traveled the entire length of the country to get to us! He is an active member of both our programs.
The Golden Snitch
Buckwheat is a 14.1h Quarter Horse/Fell Pony gelding. He's the literal 'golden boy' of the farm, both for his unfailingly sweet disposition and his unusual Yellow Dun coloring. He has retired from our hunter/jumper program and now does mainly therapeutic lessons.
Pocketful of Sunshine
Butterscotch is a 13.1h palomino mare. She has officially retired from our programs, but still loves a good scratch and some cuddles when students are finished with lessons for the day!
