Welcome to FastFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastFlow mobile application ("App"), operated by SincereGen Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using FastFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.1 Informational Purposes Only: FastFlow is a tracking, educational, and lifestyle tool designed to help you monitor intermittent fasting, hydration, and general wellness. FastFlow is NOT a medical device, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 1.2 Assumption of Risk: Intermittent fasting involves significant dietary changes that can affect blood sugar, blood pressure, and overall physiological health. Fasting is not suitable for everyone, including but not limited to pregnant or nursing women, minors, individuals with eating disorders, or those with chronic conditions such as diabetes. You assume all risks associated with using the App and altering your diet.
1.3 Consult a Physician: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you have read or received from FastFlow, including our AI Advisory Board.
Apple maintains rigorous standards for health and fitness apps, and FastFlow is built on a privacy-first architecture to ensure compliance.
2.1 Data Ownership & Storage: Your health data belongs to you. FastFlow reads and writes data (such as steps, active calories, resting heart rate, sleep, and weight) strictly through Apple HealthKit. Your detailed fasting logs and health metrics are stored locally on your device and synced securely via your private Apple iCloud account. We do not maintain central servers that store your sensitive physiological data.
2.2 Zero-Brokerage Guarantee: We explicitly guarantee that no data accessed through the Apple HealthKit API will ever be sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or data brokering purposes. 2.3 Permitted Use of Health Data: FastFlow uses your HealthKit data exclusively to provide app functionality—such as calculating your "Fast Quality Score" or estimating metabolic phases. You may revoke FastFlow’s read/write access to Apple Health at any time via your iOS Settings.
FastFlow utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to provide features like the Meal Scanner and the AI Advisory Board.
3.1 Factual Limitations: While our "IF Science" bot and educational content are grounded in published clinical research (e.g., studies on autophagy and ketosis), scientific understanding evolves. We do not warrant that the information is completely accurate, exhaustive, or universally applicable.
3.2 AI Hallucinations: The AI features may occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" responses. Estimates provided by the Meal Scanner (macros, calories, metabolic impact) are approximations based on text or visual input and should not be relied upon for strict medical or allergy management.
4.1 Code of Conduct: FastFlow provides an anonymous forum (using generated animal handles) for users to share experiences. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or that promotes dangerous weight-loss practices (e.g., anorexia or extreme caloric restriction).
4.2 No Medical Advice: You agree not to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical protocols to other users in the community.
4.3 Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates these guidelines, without prior notice or refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall SincereGen Technologies, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Personal injury, health complications, or death resulting from your use of the App or adherence to fasting protocols.
Data loss, including the loss of streaks, logs, or HealthKit sync failures.
Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the AI-generated guidance, meal scanning estimations, or cited scientific literature.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SincereGen Technologies from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of FastFlow, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our app, Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, or legal requirements. Your continued use of FastFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
