At SincereGen Technologies, we built FastFlow with a fundamental belief: your health data is your private property. Because fasting, metabolism, and biometric data are deeply personal, we have engineered FastFlow to operate primarily on-device.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, our strict adherence to Apple’s 2026 App Store Privacy Guidelines, and our commitment to zero data brokerage.
To ensure your absolute privacy, we have intentionally limited our own access to your data.
No Behavioral Tracking or Screen Recording: We have explicitly removed third-party behavioral analytics tools (such as Microsoft Clarity) from our architecture. We do not record your screen, track your taps, or monitor your session behavior.
No Data Brokering: We will never sell, rent, license, or share your personal or health data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing agencies.
No Forced Accounts: FastFlow does not require an email address, phone number, or social media login to use the core fasting features.
FastFlow requests read and write access to Apple Health (HealthKit) to provide comprehensive metabolic insights.
Data Accessed: With your explicit permission, we read data such as Steps, Resting Heart Rate, Active Energy, and Sleep Analysis to calculate your Fast Quality Score. We also write data, such as manual cardio logs and weight entries, back to Apple Health.
HealthKit Privacy Guarantee: Data accessed via the HealthKit API is used strictly to provide health and fitness services within the FastFlow app. Under no circumstances is this data used for advertising, nor is it transferred to third parties for any non-medical/non-functional purpose.
Control: You can revoke FastFlow’s read/write access to Apple Health at any time directly through your iOS Settings app.
On-Device First: Your fasting history, water logs, and streak data are stored locally in a secure SQLite database on your physical device.
Private Cloud Sync: To prevent data loss if you upgrade or lose your phone, FastFlow backs up your data using Apple's native iCloud Sync. This data is stored in your private iCloud container. We (SincereGen Technologies) do not have the ability to view, access, or retrieve the data stored in your personal iCloud.
FastFlow utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to power the AI Coach and Meal Analyzer.
Contextual Privacy: When you chat with the AI, the app reads your last 7 days of fasting data locally to provide relevant advice. This contextual data is temporarily securely transmitted to our AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini API) solely to generate the response.
No Model Training: We utilize enterprise-tier API agreements ensuring that your chat inputs, meal descriptions, and health context are never used by AI providers to train their public or global foundational models.
Anonymity: Because you do not have a registered account, your chat transcripts and meal logs are not linked to your real-world identity.
The FastFlow Forum is designed for safe, private accountability.
Identity Protection: Upon accessing the community, you are assigned a randomly generated animal handle (e.g., "Silent Falcon"). We do not collect or display real names, photos, or emails.
Public Posts: Any content you actively choose to post in the community channels (tips, questions, reactions) is public to other FastFlow users. Please do not share personally identifiable information or sensitive medical records in these forums.
To maintain a premium, crash-free experience, we use Firebase Crashlytics.
Anonymized Logs: If the app crashes, an anonymized crash report is sent to us. This report contains technical diagnostic data (such as your device model, iOS version, and the line of code that failed) but contains no personal health data, identity markers, or chat transcripts.
Because your core health data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud, you have total control over its lifecycle.
Immediate Deletion: Deleting the FastFlow app from your device will immediately erase your local database. You can also manage and delete the FastFlow data stored in your iCloud via your iOS Apple ID settings.
Community Data: If you wish to have your anonymous community posts removed, you may request deletion by contacting support.
FastFlow is designed for adults. Due to the physical impacts of intermittent fasting, you must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect architectural updates or changes in Apple’s privacy guidelines. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revisions. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of these changes.
