Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back Pain Treatment
60 Minutes | £80
Neck and shoulder discomfort can affect much more than your working day.
You might experience:
Stiffness when turning your head or looking over your shoulder
Muscular tension after prolonged desk work
Discomfort around the shoulders or shoulder blades
Upper back tightness during everyday activities
Muscular soreness following physical work or exercise
Restricted or uncomfortable shoulder movement
These symptoms can have different causes. Not all neck or shoulder pain is muscular, and posture alone does not explain every problem.
At FASIORA, we don't assume that tight muscles are always the cause of your discomfort.
We take time to understand your symptoms, how they affect your life and what you want to achieve.
Your appointment begins with a discussion about your symptoms, medical history, daily activities and treatment goals.
We'll explore when your discomfort occurs, what makes it better or worse, and how it affects your everyday movement.
Where appropriate, we assess neck and shoulder movement, relevant areas of discomfort and functional movement.
We also consider whether your symptoms are suitable for soft tissue treatment or require further medical investigation.
If treatment is appropriate, we provide individualised hands-on soft tissue therapy, adapting the approach to your assessment findings, comfort and treatment goals.
We don't follow a fixed routine or assume everyone needs the same treatment.
Where appropriate, we reassess your response and discuss practical aftercare, comfortable movement and activity management.
Our aim is to support your confidence in movement and help you understand how to manage your symptoms.

Yes. People experiencing persistent or recurring symptoms can enquire about an appointment. We'll review your history and consider whether hands-on treatment is appropriate.
If your symptoms involve muscular discomfort or stiffness, soft tissue therapy may offer short-term relief. Your assessment helps determine whether treatment is suitable.
Treatment is adapted to your comfort. You should tell your therapist if anything feels painful or uncomfortable so the approach can be adjusted or stopped.
Pain travelling into the arm can have several causes, including nerve-related conditions. Symptoms such as persistent tingling, numbness or weakness may require medical assessment before hands-on treatment. Please contact us to discuss suitability.
No referral is required to book. However, some symptoms may need medical assessment before treatment.
