Clinical Approach • Hands-On Treatment

FASIORA Performance & Soft Tissue Clinic is an independent sports massage and soft tissue therapy clinic based within Park View Medical Clinic in Middlesbrough.

Our focus is on delivering individualised, assessment-led treatment for muscular discomfort, movement restrictions and sports-related recovery.

Our Treatment Philosophy

We recognise that no two clients experience muscular discomfort in exactly the same way.

Our approach combines:

• Assessment: Understanding your symptoms, medical history, movement and treatment goals.

• Hands-on treatment: Selecting appropriate techniques based on your individual presentation.

• Reassessment: Monitoring movement, comfort and responses to treatment.

• Aftercare: Providing practical advice to support your ongoing wellbeing.

Where symptoms require further medical investigation, we recommend assessment by an appropriate healthcare professional.

FASIORA operates from Park View Medical Clinic in Middlesbrough, providing a dedicated clinical environment for sports massage and soft tissue therapy.
