• Led a 15+ member research team to deliver project milestones for AI-enabled post-disaster assessment and recovery mapping in coastal Bangladesh.

• Designed and delivered ArcGIS training (data preparation, projections, spatial analysis, cartography), standardizing mapping quality across the team.

• Conducted practical ML training for GIS applications (feature engineering basics, model selection, validation mindset) tailored to disaster-relevant spatial problems.

• Developed rapid post-disaster assessment workflows integrating multi-source geospatial data to produce timely impact maps for situational awareness.
