Esna Vasquez has been serving at Faro Church since 2002, when Faro Church was founded. She has served in different aspects of ministry such as Sunday school teacher, special event coordinator and Faro Worship. In 2010, God called her and now husband, Javier Vasquez, to start a midweek children’s ministry. During 2010, they also started leading the children’s mission ministry known as BGMC. Esna holds a B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development with a Minor in Spanish from California State University of Fullerton. Esna enjoys serving in the church and she is always looking for ways to grow and improve her leadership.

Javier Vasquez has been serving at Faro Church since 2002, when Faro Church was founded. He has served in different ministries such as media, parking ministry, and children’s ministry. Javier graduated from Latin American Bible Institute in 2016. Javier is excited to serve along with his wife Esna in this new calling of leading the Youth Ministry. Lastly, Javier enjoys playing sports and taking road trips with his lovely wife.

John started attending Faro Church in 2010. He started teaching in the children’s ministry when he was 13 years old. He received his Associates Degree in Child Development in 2021 from Saddleback College. He is continuing his education at California State University of Fullerton, where he is obtaining his B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development. His passion is teaching and he teaches with love, dedication, and enjoyment. His focus in the Jr. High Ministry is to build a passion in young people to serve and love God with all of their hearts.

Glory is the husband of the Faro Children’s Ministry Pastor, Jacqie Fung. He has 3 children, Kierra, Selah, and Hezekiah. He enjoys playing basketball and video games. Currently, he works as an Athletic Trainer at Concordia University. He is always up for a good movie and good food. Glory grew up in East Los Angeles and met Jacqie in college.

Vanessa has been attending Faro Church since she was 8 years old. Over the years, she has had the pleasure to serve in both the children's ministry as a preschool/kindergarten teacher and in the children’s mission ministry known as BGMC. Vanessa holds a B.A. in English Education from Cal Poly Pomona. Now that she has graduated, she is grateful to Javier and Esna for the opportunity to serve with kids again in the Jr. high ministry. God has always been a big part of Vanessa’s life, so she hopes to share all her experiences in faith and in life with the Jr. high students as one of their leaders. She looks forward to getting to know everyone better and growing deeper in God's word.
