These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Field Navigation: Tractor GPS (the “App”), provided by Vasyl Travlinskyy (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What the App Does
The App helps you plan and record field work. Its features include viewing fields on a map, creating field boundaries, recording routes, and providing navigation guidance for agricultural machinery.
You may use the App to plan and record your field work. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the guidance it provides.
2. Safe Operation
The App is an aid for field work. It does not control your machinery.
Always pay attention to your surroundings, people, animals, obstacles, field boundaries, and the condition of your equipment. Follow applicable safety rules and local laws. If the App’s guidance conflicts with what you can see or with safe operating practice, stop and check before continuing.
You are responsible for operating your machinery safely.
Your use of this real time route guidance application is at your sole risk. Location data may not be accurate.
3. Accuracy and Availability
GPS accuracy can change because of signal conditions, your device, weather, nearby objects, or other factors. Maps, measurements, recorded routes, and guidance may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable.
Check important positions, distances, and field boundaries yourself before relying on them for work. Some features, including maps, may require an internet connection. We cannot guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
Field boundaries, guidance lines, and measurements may be inaccurate. Before and during field work, check the guidance against actual field conditions and monitor the results of your work. Errors may lead to missed or overlapping areas, wasted materials, or crop loss. The App does not guarantee a particular farming result.
4. Your Data
The App lets you create and store information such as fields, routes, and settings. You are responsible for keeping copies of any information that is important to you. Removing the App, changing devices, or a device failure may result in lost data.

5. Map Services
The App uses Apple Maps on iOS and Google Maps on Android. Map content may be inaccurate or temporarily unavailable, so please check important details yourself.
When you use Google Maps features and content in the Android App, your use is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update the App to improve it, fix problems, or change its features. We may also update these Terms and Conditions. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the “Last Updated” date.
