The core functionality of this app requires high-accuracy GPS location data to provide tractor navigation services.
Usage: We use your location data solely to display your position on the map, calculate tracks, and provide navigation guidance.
Storage: This location data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload your real-time movements to our servers or share your history with third parties for marketing.
B. Personal Information
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. There is no account registration required to use the app.
We use Google Firebase to improve the app's performance and stability. These services may collect certain device-level information:
Firebase Analytics: Helps us understand how the app is used (e.g., which features are most popular). It collects anonymized data like device model and session duration.
These services are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
To provide cross-device synchronization and data backup, this app uses Apple’s iCloud Private Database.
What is stored: We store navigation tracks, field boundary coordinates, and app settings (e.g., map type, navigation style).
Privacy: This data is stored in your personal iCloud account's Private Database. We have no access to this data; it is encrypted and accessible only by you through your Apple Account.
Control: You can manage disable iCloud storage for this app at any time through your iOS System Settings under iCloud > Manage Storage.
We believe you should have full control over your data:
In-App Deletion: You can delete specific tracks or field boundaries directly within the app.
Complete Erasure: Since we do not use a custom account system, deleting the app and clearing your iCloud data for the app will result in the permanent removal of all your data.
Requesting Deletion: Because we do not store your data on our own servers, we cannot manually delete it for you. You remain in control of your data via your Apple Account.
We offer this app globally.
GDPR (EU/UK): For the purposes of the GDPR, we act as a "Data Controller" for the minimal analytics data collected. Our legal basis for location processing is "Contractual Necessity" (to provide the navigation service you requested).
CCPA (California): We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information with third parties for their commercial benefit.
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
