Welcome to the FEHC website. Please feel free to send any feedback to us here so we can continue to build and improve upon the site.
Don't forget to join us Saturday, June 20th at 10am for the Informational Meeting. Agenda HERE
5/28/26: The row of mailboxes located on Neck Road was unfortunately struck and completely taken out by a vehicle this morning. Thankfully, we understand that no one was injured, but the mailboxes themselves are entirely destroyed.
Because a mix of Far Echo Harbor Club members and Echo Landing residents use that location, we don’t have a complete list of everyone affected. If your mailbox was in this row, please be aware that mail delivery will be disrupted.
Wendy is contacting the post office to get their official recommendations on how to handle mail delivery in the interim.
Since the entire row needs to be rebuilt, we are also looking into the possibility of permanently relocating these mailboxes back to Far Echo Road.
Let's keep our bathroom open all summer! Sign up HERE to help keep it clean.

Decision in Martin v. FEHC Case
On March 3, 2026, the New Hampshire Supreme Court issued its decision in the appeal brought by Mr. Martin. The Court determined that Lot 3 will be granted an easement to use Park Lane and Far Echo Road. In addition, the Court affirmed that Lot 3 does not have access rights to any other roadways within Far Echo and does not have rights to use Lot 200, which includes the beach and grove common areas. The Board is very pleased with the Court’s favorable decision for FEHC.
As a result, access to the beach and grove remains limited to properties that are part of the Association. The Board appreciates the community’s patience while we worked through this legal process. Our goal remains to protect our Association’s shared assets and ensure that our governing documents are consistently applied.
As you will recall, the Association collected a $400 special assessment per lot for our members to cover legal expenses related to this matter. As discussed at the annual meeting last August, our insurance provider covered the legal fees so the full special assessment remains in reserves and is available to the Association. Also at the annual meeting, we discussed the possibility of using these funds to address ongoing drainage issues within the community, however, any use of those funds would require a vote at a future meeting. We will put this item on the agenda for the informational meeting in July as well as the annual meeting in August.
