Friend's Episode Series Project

ABOUT THE DATASET.

This dataset is the popular Friends series Episode, the most loved movie series produced from 1994 to 2004. The data was provided by Onyx data on Linkedin.

PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION

The file was imported into Power BI in a CSV format. Some columns were created while the unwanted ones were removed to make the data type consistent and appropriate for analysis. data types were changed and finally, analysis and a dashboard was created.

INSIGHTS.

• It is obvious from the dashboard that the movie had the highest votes in 1996 when the movie was just starting. This indicates that the viewers loved and were interested in the movie from the beginning.

• Kelvin Bright had the highest vote and can be considered as the best director among other directors.

• The way the Friends story is structured is what makes a great friends episode with the hook happening in the opening S1E1, key events at the mid-point S4E12 and S5E14 with a climax at the end S10E18.
