利用規約・サブスクリプション規約 / Terms of Use & Subscription（FamiMap2: TrekStory）【日本語版】利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、=Round=（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「FamiMap2: TrekStory」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、家族・大切な人との位置情報共有（見守り）、移動ログ（足跡）、ゲーミフィケーション、課金機能等を提供します。本アプリは iPhone 向けのアプリです（iPad では iPhone 用アプリとしてご利用いただけますが、iPad 専用の最適化はされていません）。

2. アカウント（匿名認証）

• 1. 本アプリは登録不要の 匿名認証 で利用できます（Google/SNS/メールによる登録はありません）。

  2. アカウントの引き継ぎ・クラウド復旧は提供しません。 再インストール・機種変更では新しい匿名IDとなり、以前のデータにはアクセスできません。

  3. 30日以上、アプリの起動および位置情報の更新がない匿名アカウントは、サーバー上から自動的に削除される場合があります（毎月1日・16日に掃除処理を実行）。

3. 位置情報の利用

• 1. 位置共有は利用者の許可に基づきます。端末設定および リンクメンバーごとの共有設定 でいつでも変更できます。

  2. 本アプリは見守り目的でバックグラウンド／常時の位置取得を行う場合があります。

3-1. 対応端末と位置情報の精度（iPhone 向け）

• 1. 本アプリは iPhone 向けです。iPhone では内蔵GPSにより位置情報の取得・足跡記録が可能です。

  2. iPad では iPhone 用アプリとしてご利用いただけますが、iPad 専用の最適化はされていません。また Wi-Fi のみの iPad など内蔵GPSを持たない端末では、自分の位置情報の取得が不十分な場合があります（家族の見守り＝リンク相手の位置・足跡の閲覧には問題ありません）。

  3. 足跡の記録・高精度な位置共有には iPhone を推奨します。

  4. 位置情報の正確性・即時性・継続性は端末・通信・GPS等の環境に依存し、当方はこれを保証しません。

4. リンク（つながり）

• 1. リンクは QRコード（対面・即時成立） または 8桁招待コード（申請→承認） により行います。

  2. メールアドレスはリンクに使用しません。

  3. リンク上限は最大50名です（地図表示スロットは最大16）。

5. 禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令・公序良俗に反する行為

• 他人の位置情報を本人の同意なく取得・追跡する等、ストーカー・嫌がらせ・監視目的の不正利用

• 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、サービスへの過度な負荷

• 他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

6. 課金・購入

本アプリには、サブスクリプションおよび都度課金（App内課金）が含まれます。詳細は後述の「サブスクリプション規約」をご確認ください。

7. 免責事項

• 1. 本アプリの位置情報は端末・通信・GPS等の環境に依存し、正確性・即時性・継続性を保証しません。緊急・人命・防災等の用途における唯一の手段として利用しないでください。

  2. 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。

8. データの取扱い

データの取得・利用・保存・削除については「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。

9. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を必要に応じて変更できます。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

◆ サブスクリプション規約（FamiMap Plus）

Apple のガイドラインに従い、以下を明示します（アプリ内の購入画面にも同等の表示が必要です）。

• 名称：FamiMap Plus（自動更新サブスクリプション）

• 製品ID：jp.hare.famimap2trekstory.subs.famimap_plus.monthly

• 価格・期間：月額 300円（税込） / 1か月ごとの自動更新

• 特典内容：

  1. すべてのデザインモード（スキン）を利用可能

  2. バナー広告を非表示

  3. 地図表示スロット数を最大16まで利用可能

  4. 思い出写真を最大30件まで登録可能（非加入時は最大3件まで）

  5. 足跡表示を本日を含めて過去5日分まで閲覧可能（非加入時は本日のみ）

  6. 加入時および各更新時にフレームガチャコインを2枚付与

• 重要事項（自動更新の条件）：

• 料金は購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントへ請求されます。

• 現在の期間終了の 24時間前まで に自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新され、同額が請求されます。

• 更新の管理・解約は、購入後に 端末の「設定」→ Apple ID → サブスクリプション からいつでも行えます。

• 無料試用期間（提供する場合）の未使用分は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。

• 特典の性質：サブスクは機能の 一時的な開放 です。解約後は、購入済みの永続コンテンツ（デザイン・スロット等）はそのまま、サブスク限定の開放分のみ元に戻ります（保存データは削除されません）。既存の「バナー広告OFF 1年」購入が有効期限内の場合、サブスク解約後も広告OFFが継続します。

【English】Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the app "FamiMap2: TrekStory" provided by =Round=. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The App provides family location sharing (safety/monitoring), movement logs, gamification, and purchase features. The App is designed for iPhone (it can also be used on iPad as an iPhone app, but it is not optimized for iPad).

2. Account (Anonymous)

The App uses Firebase anonymous authentication with no registration (no Google/social/email sign-up). No account transfer or cloud recovery is provided; reinstalling or changing devices creates a new anonymous ID with no access to previous data. Inactive anonymous accounts (no app launch or location update for 30+ days) may be deleted automatically on the server (cleanup runs on the 1st and 16th of each month, JST).

3. Location

Location sharing is based on your permission and can be changed anytime via device settings and per-linked-member sharing toggles. The App may use background/always location for monitoring.

3-1. Supported Devices & Location Accuracy (iPhone)

• The App is designed for iPhone. On iPhone, the built-in GPS can obtain location and record footprints as intended.

• It can also be used on iPad as an iPhone app, but it is not optimized for iPad. In addition, on devices without built-in GPS such as Wi-Fi-only iPads, your own location data may be insufficient (accuracy, update frequency, footprint quality); viewing linked members' locations and trails still works fine.

• For footprint recording and high-precision sharing, we recommend iPhone.

• Location accuracy, timeliness, and continuity are not guaranteed and depend on device/network/GPS conditions.

4. Linking

Linking is done via QR code (face-to-face, instant) or 8-digit invite code (request → accept). Email addresses are not used for linking. Maximum 50 linked members (16 map display slots).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App unlawfully, for stalking/harassment/unauthorized tracking of others without consent, for unauthorized access or reverse engineering, or to infringe others' rights.

6. Purchases

The App includes subscriptions and in-app purchases (see Subscription Terms below).

7. Disclaimer

Location accuracy, timeliness, and continuity are not guaranteed. Do not rely on the App as the sole means for emergencies or safety-critical purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

8. Data

Handling of data follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as necessary. If you use the App after the Terms have been updated, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.

◆ Subscription Terms (FamiMap Plus)

• Title: FamiMap Plus (auto-renewable subscription)

• Price / Length: JPY 300 / month, automatically renewing every 1 month

• Benefits:

1. All design modes (skins) unlocked

2. Banner ads hidden

3. Up to 16 map display slots

4. Up to 30 memory photos (without subscription: up to 3)

5. Footprint viewing for up to 5 days, including today (without subscription: today only)

6. 2 frame-gacha coins on join and on each renewal

• Auto-renewal terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

• Nature of benefits: The subscription temporarily unlocks features. After cancellation, permanently purchased content remains, and only subscription-only unlocks revert (no saved data is deleted). An existing valid "Banner Ads Off (1 year)" purchase continues after subscription cancellation.
