Bounce Up Privacy Policy

FamiLand Games (“FamiLand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes the mobile game **Bounce Up**. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
## 1. Intended audience
Bounce Up is intended for users aged **13 and older** and is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact **familandgames@gmail.com** so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
## 2. Information stored locally
Bounce Up may store information on your device to preserve your game experience, including:
- progress and unlocked levels;
- earned virtual coins;
- purchased or equipped cosmetic items;
- achievements and game statistics;
- preferences such as sound settings.
This information is stored locally on your device. FamiLand does not receive it on its servers in the current version. You can remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings.
## 3. Advertising and third-party services
Bounce Up uses **Google AdMob**, a Google service, to display advertisements. Google and its partners may automatically collect or process certain technical and usage data, which may include:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device, operating system, and app information;
- device identifiers or advertising identifiers, when available and permitted;
- interactions with advertisements;
- diagnostics, performance, and fraud-prevention information.
This data may be used to provide, measure, limit, and protect advertising, prevent fraud, and, where applicable and supported by a valid legal basis or consent, personalize ads.

## 4. Consent and privacy choices
Where required by applicable law, the app will request your consent before using data for certain advertising purposes. You will be able to review or change available choices through the app’s privacy section once that feature is enabled.
You can also control or reset the advertising identifier and manage permissions through Android and Google Account settings.
## 5. Information FamiLand does not directly request
In its current version, Bounce Up:
- does not require an account;
- does not request your name, email address, phone number, or postal address inside the game;
- does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location;
- does not include user-generated content or communication between players;
- does not sell personal information.
## 6. Sharing of information
FamiLand does not sell personal information. Advertising-related technical data may be processed by Google and its service providers under their policies to operate, measure, secure, and legally support advertising.
We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect rights or safety, or respond to a valid request from a competent authority.
## 7. Retention and deletion
Game progress remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Retention of information processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google’s policies and settings.

## 8. Security
We apply reasonable measures to limit data processing to features required by the game. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Third-party services apply their own security measures and terms.
## 9. International transfers
Google and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, in accordance with their policies and applicable legal mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, the services used, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we may also provide notice in the game or its store listing.
