Successfully organized an event that provided every Vantage senior with a Mock Interview conducted with an outside interviewer. In 2018, 180 seniors were successfully interviewed by 30 representatives of local business and industry. In 2022, 256 seniors were interviewed by 40 representatives The event website and materials can be found here.
Online Parent Teacher Student conferences
In the Fall of 2020, I created a system by which families could schedule a conference and speak will all their child's teacher at once over Google Meet. Families registered by calling our office. I then autogenerated an email that informed parents of the time and link to the Meet. Staff in the building moderated the 14 meeting rooms that were used during the day. A series of speadsheets kept our staff informed of who was arriving and where they needed to be. In the Fall of 2021, we ran one afternoon virtual for families who wished to attend that way.

Technology Summit of Northwest Ohio
As co-founder, organized the Technology Summit of Northwest Ohio for three years in collaboration with Van Wert and Paulding County curriculum specialists by lcating presenters, creating schedule, registering attendees, securing sponsorships, working with vendors, and coordinating building set-up. This event involved over 150 educators each year with 28 districts participating in 2017.
