1. Overview Qibla Compass & Prayer Times ("the App") helps you find the Qibla direction and know the prayer times. The App has no user accounts, shows no ads, and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

2. Location The App uses your device location to calculate the Qibla direction and prayer times. Your last location (coordinates, city name and time zone) is saved only on your device so the App can work quickly next time. To show a city name and to find your time zone, the coordinates may be sent to these services: your device's built-in geocoder (provided by Google), BigDataCloud (reverse geocoding) and Open-Meteo (time zone). They receive the coordinates and your IP address only to answer the request. We do not store this information on any server of ours, and we do not link it to you. When you search for a city manually, the text you type is sent to the device geocoder.

3. Sensors The compass uses your phone's magnetic and motion sensors. The readings are processed on your device and are never sent anywhere.

4. Notifications, alarms and sounds Prayer reminders are scheduled locally on your device using notifications and exact alarms. If you choose a custom sound, the App reads the audio file you select; it stays on your device.

5. Data we do not collect We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, advertising ID or any account information, and we do not sell or share your personal data.

6. Data storage and deletion Your settings and last location are stored locally. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes all of it.

7. Children The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available inside the App with its update date.

1. Acceptance By using Qibla Compass & Prayer Times ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App The App is provided free of charge to help you find the Qibla direction and prayer times. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

3. Accuracy disclaimer Prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated from your location using standard methods, and the compass depends on your phone's sensors. Results can be affected by sensor calibration, magnetic interference (metal, magnets, electronics), GPS accuracy and calculation method differences. Please calibrate your compass (move the phone in a figure "8") and, when in doubt, confirm with your local mosque or religious authority.

4. Notifications Prayer notifications depend on your device settings, permissions and battery optimisation. We cannot guarantee delivery on every device and recommend not relying on them alone for important obligations.

5. Intellectual property The App, its design and its content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the App without permission.

6. Limitation of liability The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
