Fajr can differ by a minute or more because calculation methods, angle settings, rounding, elevation, and local practice vary. Fajr Circle updates automatically using your selected location and displays its calculation source when available. If your mosque or trusted local authority gives a different time, follow that local timetable.
Open Fajr Circle, tap the Settings icon, select “Enable wake-up alerts,” and allow notifications when iOS asks. Also check Settings → Notifications → Fajr Circle on your iPhone. Focus modes, Silent Mode, device settings, or network conditions may delay or suppress an alert, so keep a separate alarm when waking on time is essential.
To create a circle, follow the setup prompts and choose “Create a circle.” Share the private invite code only with people you trust. To join someone else, choose “Join a circle” and enter their invite code exactly as shown. Members may be in different countries and time zones.
Check-in opens one hour before your local Fajr time and closes one hour after Fajr. First tap “I’m awake.” After you pray, tap “I prayed Fajr.” Each action records the actual time you tapped it, while your circle’s Fajr time is shown separately.
Open Fajr Circle, tap the Settings icon, select “Delete my account,” and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, active sessions, circle memberships, check-ins, streak records, and nudges associated with your account. If you own a circle with other members, ownership may pass to another member.
Open Settings in Fajr Circle and select “Edit profile & location.” Choose your country and city, confirm the correct time zone, and save. The app will refresh the upcoming Fajr schedule automatically—there is no prayer time to enter manually.
