I have learned so much great information about intermittent fasting, macro counting and carb cycling from Pilar. Until now, I had not found anything that I could see myself doing long term. I now feel equipped to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The accountability within the group is also what I needed to motivate me. I have lost a total of 11.5 inches in just 6 short weeks!!!! I feel more toned from the amazing workouts. I love that the workouts are all around 30 minutes. I used to always make excuses that I was too busy to workout but now I know that it is possible to do. I lost 11lbs, 8" in 6 weeks! But the biggest win was at my son's birthday on week 4. That evening after the party, I went back through the pictures I had taken during the party fully expecting to cringe at the ones with me visible. But... super surprising... I didn't absolutely hate what I saw and want to cry when I looked at them ...so that's a huge win! I actually saw me peeking through this body. Not there yet… But so much better!
