Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine. From watching my father lift weights in the garage/teaching my friends and I how to properly lift weights as kids, playing sports in school, working as a aerobic instructor, to graduating with my B.S. in Fitness and Human Performance. It’s been a part of my world for many years, and I finally feel confident in a program and I feel even more blessed to be able to share it with YOU!
I was first introduced to the FASTer Way by my friend, during Bible study. She expressed how she stood by this program, and all that FWTFL represents. All of the health benefits and tools we equip you with are THE best.
