Common Support Topics

Saving Verse Artwork

If you are unable to save a verse image to your Photos, make sure the app has permission to add photos to your library.

Enable access in:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Faith

Subscription Questions

If you have questions about your subscription or want to cancel, you can manage it directly through your Apple account.

Go to:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Faith

All billing and payments are handled exclusively by Apple.

Restoring a Previous Purchase

If you subscribed before but the app is showing the paywall:

• Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase

• Restart the app

• Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen

Notifications

Faith sends local notifications for your daily verse, streak reminders, and evening reflections.

You can manage or disable notifications at any time from:

Settings → Notifications → Faith

You can also adjust timing and preferences inside the app under:

Settings → Notifications

Web Guard Not Working

If Web Guard is not filtering content in Safari, make sure the content blocker is enabled:

Settings → Safari → Content Blockers → Faith

You may need to restart Safari after enabling it.

Web Guard uses a static block list — no browsing data is ever collected.

Prayer Journal & Notes

Your prayer intentions and verse reflections are stored privately on your device only.

They are never uploaded, synced, or shared with anyone.

If you uninstall the app, this data will be permanently removed.

Daily Streak

Your streak is calculated based on daily app opens.

If your streak reset unexpectedly, it may be due to missing a day in your local time zone.

Streak data is stored locally on your device.
