How do I become a member of staff? Answer: If you'll like to become an Staff Member here at FAIRWAY PLC, there are many ways you can do this. You can either take a training lead by the Management Team or buy a rank from the group. Please note that ranks above MI+ are not sold via roblox or at all. You may still be terminated or demoted. 

How do you obtain the Rank, Management Intern? 

Answer: To be promoted to the Rank, Management Intern. You must be over 13 years old and in our communications server. We understand that it takes time for you to be promoted, so we do ask for you to remain patient and never lose hope. Some requirements how to help you be promoted to Management Intern. » Active participation in-game. » Dedication to work. » Correct grammar, without fault. » Ability to follow instructions from management. » No major punishments logged in the HR server. » Communication skills » Joined the Fairway PLC communications server. » Leadership Skills. » Assisting other members of staff. » 13+ » Wasn't recently promoted to SSM. » Shows abilities to be active, and complete a QUOTA.

What are the requirements to ally with Fairway PLC? 

Answer: Our Requirements to partner with FAIRWAY PLC, is listed below. Each alliance request is reviewed by an Member of Public Relations. Please note that sometimes we may offer exemptions. 3,000 members on your DISCORD server. 30,000 members on your ROBLOX group. 

What are FairwayPlus Prices?

Answer: Our Fairway Reduction Prices reward our Fairway members who are part of our loyalty scheme with exclusive deals in-store and online. To get FairwayPlus Prices, simply scan your FairwayPlus Card at the checkout. 

How do I make make a formal complaint?

At Fairway PLC, we take complaints very seriously and act accordingly to our policies and what we see fit. If you believe a staff member has acted in the incorrect way whilst on duty working for us , you can submit a complaint which management will look over and consider the outcome. To do this, join our communications server and open a ticket up or email complaints@fairwayplc.store.

What do I do if a product is faulty?

If you discover a product is faulty, please email us at enquires@fairwayplc.store to discuss your options - we'll be happy to help. If your product is faulty or damaged, we'll gladly refund it. However, if the product affected is a perishable product, then you must call us before the expiry of the "use by", "best before" or "BBE" date stamped on the product to receive a refund. 

Where is your store?

Our Main store is in Ryde ust a minute walk from the Island Line Station, within the store you can find our Vigor Outlet serving the islanders with our electronics, everyday essentials, gardening equipment, furniture and much more!

How can I become a Management Intern?

To become management intern:

Submit an application if they're open for a new cohort.

Get noticed by Head office at a shift or down at the store.

Attend promotional shift and get noticed. (Rarely are held anymore due to removal unless authorised by CEO)

Purchase the Management Intern gamepass for 8000 ROBUX which will get you automatically fast tracked onto the course. (Open a ticket and request Joseph and he will respond whether or not the deal will be processed.
