V3.2 Model Rules
These are the latest model rules for FairShares Companies. They are the product of a two year collaboration between the FairShares Institute (Sheffield Hallam University), Anthony Collins LLP, VME Co-op, Co-op Exchange and Evolutesix to produce next generation FairShares legal structures. Feedback on the updates are most welcome (at https://fsi.coop/contact).
Choose this option if you do not want any pre-filled fields, designed to be Co-op Exchange ready, with notes on amendments in the event of a company conversion).
Choose this option if you want field pre-filled with default values for a incorporation under the UK Companies Act 2006, designed to be Co-op Exchange ready, with notes on amendments in the event of a company conversion.
Choose this option if you do not want any pre-filled fields. Includes all updates in the Company model, plus features added by Evolutesix to promote peer-to-peer commons production under sociocratic governance with integrative decision-making.
As above, but pre-filled with default values for incorporation under the UK Companies Act 2006.

FairShares V3.1 Company (English-Croatian) (localisation will be required)
Choose this option for an English-Croatian (dual language) constitution. The form is in Croatian and has no pre-filled fields so you can enter all the responses yourself. The rules are designed to be Co-op Exchange ready.
FairShares V3.1 Company (English-German) (localisation will be required)
Choose this option for an English-German (dual language) constitution. The form is in German and has no pre-filled fields so you can enter all the responses yourself. The rules are designed to be Co-op Exchange ready.
Choose this option to pre-fill the rules generator with default values for a FairShares LocoSoco Group plc subsidiary company registered in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006. The rules are designed to be Co-op Exchange ready.
Nigeria (NCDF Ltd)
Choose this option if you want to create a Nigerian FairShares Company designed in the same way as an NCDF Ltd project.
United States of America
Choose this option to pre-fill the rules generator with default values for a FairShares Corporation registered in the state of Delaware.
