1. We propose a requirement for organization officer eligibility to be one year active service in the organization.
Current bylaws do not state eligibility requirements for officers (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer)
2. We propose a quorum to be established with two-thirds (2/3) vote of members present and voting.
Current Article IX, section 4 states twenty five (25) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of the organization.
3. We propose that in the event of an abandoned position, any member of the executive committee can call a special meeting to fill the vacant position.
Current bylaws do not address vacant/abandoned positions.
