Submit your opinion about Town Meeting Day articles!
This form is an opportunity for Fairfax residents to share their opinions on some of the articles on the Town Meeting Day ballot. Submissions will be accepted until Sunday, March 2nd.
Any resident of Fairfax is welcome to submit this form. You can write one submission per ballot item (so up to three submissions total). Submissions will be shared on the Fairfax Voter Project website in a way that allows Fairfax voters to see why their fellow residents are voting for or against certain issues.
Your submission:
- Should explain why you are voting for or against the particular article
- Can be based on your personal experience and perspective
- Can include references to news sources, data, or other sources
- Should not make false claims (if you can not verify that something is true, then it should be left out of your submission)
- Should be civil (e.g., no harmful or disparaging language)
- Should be no longer than 250 words. This will make it easier for other voters to read a variety of perspectives. If you wish to write a longer submission, it may be edited down for length.
