Special Settlement Scheme

Overview

Special Settlement Scheme allows Citizens of Socialist Republics of Solik to have right of abode and settle in the RA.

Qualifications

If you’re from Solik and are a Solik Citizen, you and your family members are qualified.

If you’re the child of a Solik Citizen aged 18 or older, you can apply separately from your parent. Your family members can also apply with you.

Right of abode

Solik Citizens under Special Settlement Scheme have right of abode in the RA and live or work and entering the RA freely without immigration restrictions.

Solik Citizens will be consider as Contrey Citizens in the RA, and have equal legal rights and obligations same as Contrey Citizens.

How it works

Solik Citizens own right of abode naturally.

If you're a Solik Citizen and stayed at the RA for 2 weeks, you'll get pre-settled status.

After staying at the RA for 1 month, you may apply for Faeroewarish citizenship.
