At Facto, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your data. Since Facto does not use online accounts and stores your "Vault" data locally on your device, you can delete your data using the following methods.
To permanently delete all notes, passwords, budgets, and other local data, you can:
Uninstall the App: Removing the Facto app from your Android device will automatically delete all locally stored data.
Clear App Storage: Go to your device Settings > Apps > Facto > Storage > Clear Data. This will wipe the local database completely.
You can delete individual records (such as a specific Quiz Set or Quiz History) at any time within the app by using the Delete icon on the respective item.
If you have sent us feedback or complaints via our in-app form (which uses Firebase/Firestore), this data is stored on our secure servers. To request the deletion of your feedback history:
Email us: Send a request to facto.helpdesk@gmail.com.
Requirement: Please include the approximate date of your feedback or any identifying information you included in the message.
