Participants will plan and demonstrate effective facilitation of a psychological well-being session, adeptly managing group dynamics, responding constructively to participant needs, and formulating personal improvement plans as facilitators.
Participants can design evidence-based intervention plans from assessment results, successfully implement school-based psychological well-being initiatives, and conduct actionable follow-up and dissemination through professional communities such as KKG/MGMP/MGBK.
Participants can foster a culture of well-being, promote collaborative peer support systems, strategically integrate psychological well-being into regional education policies and programs, and strengthen inter-school communities of practice to sustain and scale initiatives across the region.
