These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faciligent application ("App"), owned and operated by Faciligent Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
