1. Introduction

Welcome to Rathla Bu. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rathla Bu application. By registering an account and using the app, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access community features, you must register by providing accurate information, including your full name, email, phone number, village name, fellowship name, district and state.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date. You can update your details at any time within the app.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. App Access and Features

• Free Access: Currently, all features within Rathla Bu, including access to the translated Bible, hymns, local songs, and community announcements, are provided to users free of charge.

• Future Modifications: Facbed Studio reserves the right to introduce premium features or alter the accessibility of certain functions in the future. Users will be notified of any significant changes to access or pricing before they take effect.

4. User Interaction and Content

Rathla Bu is designed as a secure platform for community information.

• Receiving Information: Users act as the receivers of official announcements, financial reports, and event programs posted by verified Village Admins via our administrative companion app.

• Interactions: Users may interact with announcements (such as "liking" a post). You agree to use these interaction features respectfully.

• Content Disclaimer: The local announcements, obituaries, and financial reports displayed in the app are generated by your respective local church leaders or approved Admins. Facbed Studio is not responsible for the accuracy of this community-generated content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use false identity information or impersonate someone else during registration.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts, overburdens, or interferes with the app's servers or network.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative features.

6. Account Termination

Facbed Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, use fraudulent information, or engage in malicious activity that harms the Rathla Bu's ecosystem.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the app, including the translated texts, hymns, and local literature/song, is owned by their respective copyright holders or the community. Facbed Studio retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over the app’s software, design, architecture, and implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facbed Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including any disputes arising from community announcements or local data published by Admins.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kangpokpi District, Manipur.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Rathla Kho On – Terms & Conditions and Content Guidelines

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rathla Kho On, the administrative companion app developed by Facbed Studio. These Terms & Conditions specifically apply to approved Village/Fellowship/Area Admins who use this app to publish updates, financial reports, and announcements to the user-facing Rathla Bu application. By applying for and accepting Admin access, you agree to these rules.

2. Admin Eligibility & Registration

• Authorized Leaders Only: Admin privileges are reserved for verified church* leaders, women’s leaders, youth leaders, or individuals explicitly approved by the local church leadership. [*Church includes Fellowship church or Area comprising of collection of churches]

• Verification: All Admin applications undergo manual verification. You must provide accurate contact information for your current Pastor, Secretary, or any serving Leader as references.

• Term Commitment: By accepting an Admin role, you commit to serving your designated term. Unless your account is revoked due to a violation, you cannot abandon or resign from your Admin duties until your official expiry date.

3. Content Rules & Guidelines

As an Admin, you are publishing official records for your community. You must strictly adhere to the following content rules:

• Community Scope: You are only authorized to post announcements, reports, and updates that directly pertain to your specific church, fellowship, village, or designated local area.

• Faith & Values Alignment: All published content must align with the Christian faith and accurately reflect the views, theology, and sentiments of your local church and fellowship.

• Leadership Approval: You must never post any official church matter, resolution, or financial report that has not been approved by your local church leadership.

• Accuracy: Admins are responsible for ensuring all financial data (such as General Finance or Individual/Family reports) and announcements are true and accurate prior to final submission.

• Prohibited Content (Google Play & Govt. of India Compliance): You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, promotes violence, or violates the privacy of individuals. Furthermore, in strict compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws, you must not publish any content that:

1. Outrages the religious feelings or beliefs of any class of citizens.

2. Incites violence, hostility, or public disorder.

3. Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.

4. Is knowingly false, misleading, or designed to cause panic or unrest within the community.

4. Account Suspension & Banning

Facbed Studio reserves the right to protect the Rathla Bu ecosystem and its users. Admin accounts may be banned or suspended under the following conditions:

• Valid Complaints: If we receive formal complaints regarding an Admin's behavior or posts, and those complaints are validated by the church leadership, access will be revoked.

• Objectionable Content: Posting unauthorized, inappropriate, or heavily objectionable content will result in an immediate, permanent ban without prior warning, depending on the severity of the offense.

• Loss of Authorization: If your local church leadership notifies us that you are no longer authorized to act on their behalf, your Admin status will be terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Facbed Studio provides the platform for communication but is not responsible for the user-generated content published by Admins. Facbed Studio and its developers are not liable for any disputes, financial discrepancies, or community grievances arising from typos, errors, or unauthorized posts made by an Admin.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Admins will be notified of significant changes.
