• Geographic/Affiliation Data: Village name, District, and Fellowship/Church name.

• Administrative Data (For Kho On users): Church leadership role and term duration.

We use your information to:

• Identity Verification: Prevent duplicate accounts and ensure only authorized leaders access Admin features.

• Community Organization: Group users by village, area and fellowship for targeted announcements and local updates.

• Service Delivery: Provide access to the Bible, Western Hymns translated to Kom (Bêkrup Hla), local Hymns (Hlather) and local album songs.

• Communication: Send push notifications for village/fellowship/area notices, church programmes, and emergency announcements.

• Financial Accountability: Generate and display reports (e.g., General Finance, Individual/Family Financial Reports) within the community.

Data Sharing & Public Content

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• Church Authority: Data may be shared with your respective church/fellowship/area leadership upon official request.

• Public Postings: Information posted via Kho On (such as Obituaries, Wedding notices, or Finance reports) will be visible to the registered members of your designated village/group.

• Legal Compliance: We disclose information only when required by law.

• Content Responsibility (Kho On Admins)

Admins are responsible for the accuracy of the information posted. Once a post is submitted, it is considered a final record. While previews are provided for proofreading, final submissions can only be corrected by deleting and re-posting.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, as these apps facilitate community sharing, users are encouraged to handle sensitive financial or personal information with care.

User Rights & Account Management

You have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal profile information.

• Request account deactivation or resignation from Admin status.

• Admins may extend their term or transfer roles subject to verification by Facbed Studio or Church/Fellowship/Area authorities.

Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new templates or features. Continued use of the apps indicates acceptance of these terms.
