Notice of Campus Placement for JET  L&T 2024 pass out         (Posted on date : 28-12-2023)

Details of the process with student’s eligibility criteria is given below for your kind reference.

Qualification:  Full time Diploma

Branch: Fabrication , Mechanical 

Year of Passing:  2024

JET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1.   Final year / semester students in Diploma course (completing in 2024).

2.   Candidate should have passed the SSC / HSC (If attended) examination in first attempt with minimum  60% or above.

3.   Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the Diploma Engineering Course

4.   Candidate should not have any ATKTs / Backlog during entire Diploma Engineering course. (Subject not cleared in the first attempt, Paper (Theory / Practical) not appeared in the regular semester, for any reason, will be treated as ATKTs/ Backlogs, even if, subsequently cleared.). All backlogs / ATKTs , live as well as cleared to be counted as the total no. of ATKTs / Backlogs throughout the history of Diploma for the purpose of eligibility. Subject not cleared in the first attempt, Paper (theory / practical) not appeared for in the regular semester, for any reason, will be treated as backlogs / ATKT , even if, subsequently cleared.

5.   No drop in any semester / year throughout Diploma course.

6.   AGE: Not more than 23 years as on 1st July 2024.

7.   Medium of Instruction in Diploma Engineering should be ENGLISH .

8.   Medical standards to be met by candidate as per company policy.

9.   Candidate should not have appeared for L&T’s JET selection process earlier.

Details of remuneration for Diploma Holder:

- We will hire Diploma holders as Apprentice / Trainee for a period of one year and on completion of the same they will be evaluated based on their performance and will be appointed as Jr. Engineer, where in their probation period will be of 6 months and post evaluation they will be confirmed as employee. 

- Diploma holders will get a monthly stipend of Rs.22,900/- for the initial one year of service from which there will be nominal deduction of ESIC and Canteen. Once appointed as Junior Engineer will get CTC of 325,000/- per annum.

General terms and conditions:

- All interested candidates should have willingness to work at both of our plants (Odhav- Ahmedabad or Kheda). - All selected employees will be sent a Letter of Intent mail to confirm their employment with our company. - Appointment is valid only if selected students are able to furnish pass certificate / educational proof of Diploma / Degree.   - All selected candidates will have to undergo 3 months of mandate training in the Manufacturing department and after 3 months, based on their evaluation, they will be deployed to different departments
