Social programme

Welcome reception will take place at the conference opening ceremony, on November 16, at 9 through 9:45 AM.

Conference dinner will take place in Mezestoran Dvorište at 46 Svetogorska Street (https://restorandvoriste.rs/), on November 17, starting from 7:30 PM. The restaurant is located in the inner courtyard. After entering the building, walk straight through the corridor to the back door. You will see a little staircase leading to the restaurant.

Welcome reception and conference dinner are included in the registration fee.

Additionally, on Saturday afternoon, November 18, you may join us for a post-conference excursion to the Risovača cave (https://www.nmar.rs/en/risovaca-cave/) in the vicinity of Belgrade, with a late-afternoon lunch in one of the local restaurants. The cave, once inhabited by Neanderthals, is one of the most important archaeological sites of Palaeolithic culture in the Balkans. It is located in the vineyard and spa region of Aranđelovac, about 70 km south of Belgrade.

The excursion is not included in the registration fee. You may sign up for the excursion at the registration desk!
