Here or Not is a data-storage utility. The app only processes information that you explicitly provide. This includes:

Team Information: The names of the teams you create.
Player Information: The names, jersey numbers, positions, and optional photos of the players you add to your teams.
Parent & Contact Information: The names, phone numbers, and email addresses of parents or guardians you associate with a player, including their designation as a primary contact.
Attendance Records: The status (e.g., Here, Absent, Late, Injured) and any notes you record for a player's attendance on a specific date.

This information resides solely within the app's database on your device and your private iCloud space.

3. How Your Information is Used

The data you provide is used exclusively to enable the core features of the App, which include:

To display your teams, rosters, and player details for easy management.
To track and display attendance history for players.
To allow you to contact parents or guardians directly from the app.
To generate and export attendance reports at your request.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

4. Data Storage, Security, and iCloud Sync

Local Storage: All information you enter is stored in a secure, local database on your iOS device.
iCloud Sync: The App uses Apple's iCloud service to seamlessly sync your data across your personal devices (e.g., iPhone and iPad). This synchronization is a private transaction between your devices and your iCloud account. We do not have access to the data stored in your iCloud account. All data is encrypted by Apple during transit and on their servers.
Security: We follow best practices and use standard Apple technologies (SwiftData and iCloud) to ensure your data is stored securely on your devices.

5. Your Control and Data Rights

You have complete control over your data. At any time, you can:

Access and Modify: View and edit any information you have entered into the App.
Delete: Permanently delete players, parents, teams, or attendance records. Deleting data within the app removes it from your local device and, subsequently, from your iCloud account.

Here or Not does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for the user-controlled synchronization feature.

7. Children's Privacy

The data within Here or Not may pertain to children (e.g., players on a youth sports team). This data is provided by you, the user (e.g., a coach, manager, or parent), and is subject to the same privacy protections outlined in this policy. It is stored locally on your device and is not collected or seen by us.
