During the meeting

The meeting will be held via Zoom.

The attendance links will be emailed to the delegates directly.

The links will go live two hours before the meeting starts each day to allow for some networking time and showing access to our poster hall.

Please do not share these links with anyone.



General housekeeping rules:

  • Please keep yourself on mute for the congress. If you are not a presenting speaker, you will be muted by the organising team.

  • If you would like to ask a question to a speaker, please type your question in the chat or use the raise hand button if you would like to ask your question directly. If there are lots of questions and we run out of time, you are encouraged to email the corresponding authors.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. If you are found to be sending abusive or offensive content via the chat function you will be immediately removed from the meeting.
