Extreme Reunion Golf Tournament

Monday, April 29th at Tapawingo Golf Club

The Extreme Reunion Golf Tournament is our main fundraising event for the year. Proceeds are used by Extreme St. Louis Charitable Foundation to provide financial aid to individuals with genetic or long-term physical and/or mental disabilities that result in long term care. Donations and auction items are welcome. Please email us to be placed on our mailing list to receive registration and program information for the golf tournament.
