Extremart

Showing its own potential

Objetives

We will show you how Extremadura has a very important cultural heritage for its literary works, its art, architecture, nature, landscapes, etc. We will show you how this place has served as inspiration for many people and how it has been the home of authors with important works.

Extremadura is home to three natural spaces named by UNESCO with the designation of Biosphere Reserve: Monfragüe National Park, the International Tagus Natural Park and La Siberia.

Roman architectural constructions predominate here, although we can also find recent innovative works such as the Helga de Alvear museum.

The fauna and flora of Extremadura are almost exclusive to our region. Here you can do activities like birdwatching or you can enjoy the deer rutting season when the first rains after the summer arrive.

Extremadura has always been very present in art since schematic rock art to contemporary art.
