Customers can monitor order progress through status updates such as Pending Payment, Processing, Approved, Out for Delivery and Completed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact details and booking information.
Cancellation
ExpressMaids reserves the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders when necessary.
