RPI SWE

Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a global, non-profit organization that supports women and allies to achieve their full potential in engineering and technology careers and as leaders.

SWE at RPI promotes leadership, professional development, and networking. We host all kinds of events, ranging from LinkedIn/Resume Reviews, and professional development events with companies, study & craft sessions for our members. Through sponsorships of RPI SWE, members also gain access to the opportunity of attending the annual SWE conference.
