Lorna Caputo Greenall studied a Masters in English as a Second Language at the University of Birmingham, UK, before completing a PhD at the Centre for the Study of Language and Society (CSLS) at the University of Bern. As an educator and researcher in international schools, she is particularly interested in constructivist pedagogy and the language development of transnational communities. Her specialist research area in the typical and atypical language development of multilingual children in international school contexts. She has also published work on the application of inquiry-based learning to teaching additional languages, as well as a regular peer reviewer for journals. Lorna Caputo Greenall regularly presents at global conferences and runs educator support groups for international school teachers.
