Rachel is an artist and a writer. She draws cartoons to make sense of her experiences with psychology and psychiatry, as well as using them in mental health training work. In her videos she talks about having a breakdown while at university. She explains how services' differing responses to both political issues such as welfare and gender, and personal symptoms like self-harm, have helped and hindered her attempts to move on.
